"I had an unfortunate emergency whereby I needed to make a plug safe due to exposed wires. I called John who was unfortunately not able to attend but helpfully talked through the issue with me and even explained how to ensure the plug would be safe. John offered for me to send a couple photos of the plug for reassurance and told me he could make himself available in the morning if required. Luckily John’s advice meant that we didn’t need him to come out but I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for his services in the future."
