"Contacted Ryan on two occasions and came out both times on the same day. First issue was a problem with our boiler and had no heating - this was in the winter and with a smaller baby at home needed it fixed ASAP. Ryan found the issue, explained everything clearly, provided a reasonable quote and went and collected the part needed straight away and fixed the problem, even helped turn off a radiator that I didn’t know how to! The second occasion we had a problem with no hot water again Ryan came straight out, found the problem, explained the issue, provided a quote and went and collected the part and fixed within the hour! He even removed a water pipe in our kitchen while here! Outstanding service, very friendly and professional, would highly recommend!"

With it being just two days before Christmas, I was being quoted ridiculous prices, even though it wasn’t an emergency call-out.
