"Pete responded to my enquiry within minutes and asked for photos of the sink and new tap so he could assess the job. His quote was reasonable. He didn't mind the new tap was cheap or that the nuts under the sink were very corroded. On the day he arrived right on time, was polite and friendly, and replaced my kitchen tap in under an hour. He explained what he was doing and gave advice on how to look after it in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. Al Sayit"
