He has a no-nonsense approach and puts the customer first, giving the best value option rather than that which would make him the most money. Jim kept us informed of the best size of new radiator via text message and was punctual, tidy and helpful when he came to install it. He even bled all our radiators and advised us that the pressure in our boiler was too high. We were so impressed that we asked him to do another small job for us in our downstairs toilet. Again, he was very helpful, advising us of the best and most cost effective options and explaining what he was doing and why. We cannot recommend him more highly and would not hesitate to use him again in the future."
